Eat Clean Jam

I am a sugar addict!!! There I’ve admitted it!!! :). Sooooo moving on, when I decided to eliminate refined sugar and white flour from my diet (cold turkey) I needed to find alternatives to get my sweet fix! This clean jam does the trick!
Ingredients:
5 cups of frozen or fresh fruit of your choice. (I chose 4 cups frozen blueberries and 1 cup frozen cherries).
2 tbsp pure maple syrup.

Directions:
Bring ingredients to boil on stovetop medium/ high while stirring. Lower temperature to medium/low and cook another 15 minutes until thickened. Allow to cool.

I like to use 2 tbsp of prepared jam on top of oatmeal or peanut butter toast.

I may or may not have eaten a spoonful on its own…
